Lesson Terms of Service

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to dismiss a student at any time, for any reason.

Class material must be music education related only.

No recording is allowed unless permission is explicitly asked for and granted.

CANCELLATIONS OR POSTPONEMENTS

There are no refunds for lessons, with the exception of an issue with Matt Wright’s ability to hold the class. We will offer admission to another class, or refund if a class is cancelled. Participant agrees that no exceptions will be made to the cancellation policy.

LIABILITY

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you accept all of the terms stated and release and hold harmless Zoom, all participants and MATT WRIGHT MUSIC from any and all liability or any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind, arising from or in connection with your lesson.
